Shipping within Germany is facilitated through DHL or Hermes, with a standard fee of 5.90€. For shipments to other European Union countries and non-EU destinations, the shipping cost is set at 14,99€. These rates reflect the commitment to delivering quality service while maintaining reasonable shipping costs.
Our return policy allows customers a 14-day window to request a return after receiving their items. To qualify for a return, products must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and with tags intact. Additionally, the original packaging and proof of purchase are required. This policy aligns with the European Union's 14-day cooling-off period, which grants consumers the right to cancel or return their orders without justification.
In the event of receiving a defective or incorrect item, customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon delivery and report any issues immediately. This proactive approach ensures that we can address any concerns effectively and maintain high standards of quality.
It is important to note that certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, sales items and gift cards are not eligible for returns. Customers should reach out for clarification regarding specific items if there are any uncertainties.
For exchanges, the most efficient method is to return the unwanted item and subsequently place a new order for the desired product. This process ensures that customers receive the correct items in a timely manner.
Upon receiving and inspecting returned items, we will notify customers regarding the approval of their refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. However, it is important to consider that financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.

Cancellation policy
Right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Lemoni Boutique, Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 19, 16816 Neuruppin, phone: +49(0)1712896221, email: info@lemoni.boutique) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).
You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
You can also declare your revocation by returning the goods to us (Lemoni Boutique Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 19, 16816 Neuruppin).
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to Lemoni Boutique, Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 19, 16816 Neuruppin immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires for the following contracts:
- for the delivery of goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery or which have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
